It is general in nature and is not tailored to you. Nothing on the Service is, or should be taken as, investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice or a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security, futures contract, option, cryptocurrency or other financial instrument.
2. We are not your adviser, broker or fiduciary. Loome, LLC, the Service and its operators are not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, futures commission merchant or financial planner with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA or any other regulator, in any jurisdiction, and do not act in that capacity for you. Where a feed is missing the Service may show a placeholder rather than a value. We make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any purpose. Do not rely on the Service as your only source of information before placing a trade.
6. The assistant is software. JARVIS is an automated system. It can be wrong, out of date or misleading, and it can misread data. Its statements are not advice and are not reviewed by a licensed professional before you see them.
7. No guarantees. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, results, profits, or that any strategy will continue to work.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loome, LLC, Loomi.Ai, Loomi, their owners, operators, contributors and licensors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including trading losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or reliance on the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Your responsibilities. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are permitted to use the Service where you live, that you will comply with all laws and your broker's rules, that you will not redistribute, resell or scrape the Service or its content, and that any account, password and payment details you provide are yours and accurate.
10. Independent advice. Before acting on anything you see here, consider seeking advice from a licensed financial adviser, accountant or attorney who knows your circumstances.
11. Changes. We may change the Service, its content, prices and these disclosures at any time. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it. These disclosures are in addition to, and form part of, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy linked below.
