Prop Coach

The exact process for a
rule-led prop account.

A prop firm gives you a trading account with strict loss rules. Here is the simple three-step way to trade one safely. First, read the firm's published rules. Second, turn the live numbers on your own account dashboard into a written set of guardrails. Third, decide whether the Loomi.Ai Desk fits the way you already trade.

This is a way of making decisions, not a promise that you will pass the evaluation, get a payout, or make a profit. It keeps three things separate and in the right order: the firm's public rules, your own account numbers, and the way you actually trade.

01

Read the free firm-rule page.

Find the firm and the exact account type you hold. Read our summary of its published rules. Then confirm every current number, and which stage you are in (evaluation or funded), on the firm's own dashboard before you rely on it.

02

Write guardrails for your own account.

Write down only the current limits that apply to you: how much you can lose in total, how much you can lose in a day, when you must be out of the market, how many contracts you may hold, and any payout or consistency rule. Your dashboard is always the final word.

03

Use the Desk to work your plan.

If it suits the way you trade, the Desk is where you plan your sessions and do your research. It does not connect to your prop-firm account, does not watch it, and cannot guarantee that you stay inside its rules.

Make the plan yours

Account facts first. Trading choices second.

A firm page tells you which kinds of rules to look for. It cannot know your account size, your balance today, what you traded this week, or whether the firm changed a rule yesterday. Write those facts down yourself, with the date and time, before you plan a single trade.

Check the sourceLook at the firm dashboard and the official terms again. Public pages are a reference, not a replacement.
Set your stopping point before the sessionDecide on a personal loss limit and a contract size that leave a cushion below the firm's hard limit.
Check again after anything changesPassing a stage, taking a payout, resetting an account, or a rule update can change your numbers. Write new guardrails rather than assuming the old ones still hold.

Finished the free process?

Once your firm's rules and your own guardrails are written down, you can try the Loomi.Ai Desk for $8/month for the first 3 months, then $20/month. The Desk helps you research and plan. It does not watch your account, it does not place trades, and it does not promise results.
