25K (Apex 4.0, new/current system)One-time, no recurring billing. Intraday-Trail eval: $167.00 list / $16.70 with SAVENOW coupon (1-pack); $749.50 list / $74.95 ($14.99 each) 5-pack. EOD-Trail eval: $450.00 list / $45.00 with coupon (1-pack); $1,950.00 list / $195.00 ($39.00 each) 5-pack. A higher-priced 'No Activation Fee' variant also exists for this size (reduces the later PA activation fee to $0) but I did not capture its exact price point for 25K specifically -- unknown.+
Evaluation phase
- Profit target
- $1,500
- Max drawdown
- $1,000 (same figure on both drawdown tracks)
- Drawdown type
- Trader's choice at purchase of (a) Intraday Trailing Drawdown -- trails the account's real-time peak balance (realized+unrealized), tick by tick, only moving up; or (b) End-of-Day (EOD) Trailing Drawdown -- recalculated once daily at 4:59:59 PM ET off the closing balance, then enforced fixed through the next session, only moving up day-over-day. See universal_rules for the platform-specific freeze/lock behavior.
- Daily loss limit
- None on the Intraday-Trail track. $500 fixed (does not grow) on the EOD-Trail track.
- Consistency rule
- None
- Minimum trading days
- 1 (Apex markets 'ONE DAY TO PASS')
- Max contracts
- 4 mini / 40 micro
- Other pass rules
- 30-day access window from purchase; the eval expires unused after 30 days with no reset and no reset fee on this new product line (contrast: Legacy evals below DO allow resets). Passing is stamped only at market close (4:59:59 PM ET) on the day the profit target was reached, not the instant it was touched -- this timestamp starts the 7-day PA-activation clock. The resulting PA must be the identical size AND identical drawdown-track as this eval (a passed 25K EOD eval can only activate a 25K EOD PA).
Funded phase
- Account type
- Simulated ('Sim') funded Performance Account -- trades a demo balance, not real broker capital.
- Activation / monthly fee
- One-time PA Activation Fee due within 7 calendar days of the eval being marked Passed; missing the deadline forfeits the opportunity (a new eval must be passed). The dollar amount for the Standard track is NOT published on Apex's current rules pages -- I searched the official 'PA Activation Process & Deadline Explained' article directly for '$99' and '$79' and found neither string. Third-party trackers (medium confidence, unverified, possibly stale/legacy pricing) cite $99 for EOD-track and $79 for Intraday-track, same across all four new-system sizes. The 'No Activation Fee' eval variant sets this fee to $0 (confirmed officially). No ongoing/monthly fee once activated.
- Drawdown
- $1,000, carried over unchanged from the passed eval
- Drawdown type
- Same track as the eval (Intraday or EOD Trailing). Threshold stops rising and locks at Starting Balance + $100 once the account's highest balance reaches Starting Balance + Max Drawdown + $100 (i.e., $25,100 highest balance locks the floor at $25,100... consistent with Apex's official 50K worked example scaled down; not independently recomputed by me for this exact tier beyond the stated formula).
- Daily loss limit
- None on Intraday-track PA. On EOD-track PA, DLL scales with all-time profit per the tier table in scaling_or_contract_limits.
- Consistency / payout rule
- 50% rule at payout only: no single trading day's net profit may equal/exceed 50% of total net profit since the last approved payout (or since inception). Resets after each approved payout.
- Payout schedule
- Eligible to request after 5 qualifying trading days (non-consecutive allowed) each showing at least $100 net profit (same $100 minimum on both EOD and Intraday tracks for this size). Minimum payout $500/request. Minimum account balance to request = $26,600 (Starting Balance + Safety Net [$1,000 drawdown + $100] + $500). Max 6 lifetime payouts per PA, all six capped at $1,000 each for this size, after which the PA closes.
- Profit split
- 100%, no split, on approved PA payouts.
- Scaling / contract limits
- $0-$999 profit: 1 contract, $500 DLL (Level 1). $1,000-$1,999: 2 contracts, $500 DLL (Level 2). $2,000+: 2 contracts, $1,250 DLL (Level 3, max tier). Table is the same for both drawdown tracks; only the DLL column is operative for EOD-track (Intraday-track has no DLL). Whether the 10:1 mini:micro contract ratio quoted for the eval still applies at each PA tier is unknown -- not stated on the pages I read.
- Other funded rules
- Counts toward the firm-wide 20-PA cap. If disqualified/closed/inactive, permanently closed (market data revoked); no resets on new-system PAs.
50K (Apex 4.0, new/current system)One-time. Intraday-Trail eval: $249.00 list / $24.90 with coupon (1-pack); $950.00 list / $95.00 ($19.00 each) 5-pack. EOD-Trail eval: $550.00 list / $55.00 with coupon (1-pack); $2,450.00 list / $245.00 ($49.00 each) 5-pack. 'No Activation Fee' variant also exists for this size; exact price not captured -- unknown.+
Evaluation phase
- Profit target
- $3,000
- Max drawdown
- $2,000 (both tracks)
- Drawdown type
- Same mechanism as the 25K tier (trader's choice of Intraday or EOD Trailing; platform-specific freeze behavior per universal_rules). Official worked example uses this exact tier: on Rithmic/Wealthcharts the threshold locks at $53,000 once the highest balance reaches $55,000 (Profit-Target Balance $55,000... i.e. Target Profit Balance + Max Drawdown); on Tradovate it trails indefinitely with no freeze.
- Daily loss limit
- None on Intraday-Trail. $1,000 fixed on EOD-Trail.
- Consistency rule
- None
- Minimum trading days
- 1
- Max contracts
- 6 mini / 60 micro
- Other pass rules
- Same 30-day/no-reset/Passed-at-close/matched-PA rules as the 25K tier.
Funded phase
- Account type
- Simulated funded Performance Account (see 25K tier note on the separate invitation-only Live program).
- Activation / monthly fee
- Same unresolved-on-site situation as 25K: official page does not publish a dollar figure; third-party (medium confidence) cites $99 EOD / $79 Intraday. 'No Activation Fee' eval variant = $0.
- Drawdown
- $2,000, carried over from the eval
- Drawdown type
- Same track as the eval. Official worked example: locks at Starting Balance + $100 = $50,100 once highest balance reaches Starting Balance + Max Drawdown + $100 = $52,100.
- Daily loss limit
- None on Intraday-track PA; scales with profit on EOD-track PA per the table below.
- Consistency / payout rule
- Same 50% rule as all tiers (see 25K).
- Payout schedule
- 5 qualifying days needed, EOD-track minimum daily profit $250 / Intraday-track minimum daily profit $200 (tracks differ at this size). Min payout $500. Min balance to request = $52,600. Max 6 lifetime payouts; EOD-track cap table by payout #: $1,500 / $1,500 / $2,000 / $2,500 / $2,500 / $3,000. Intraday-track cap table: $1,500 / $2,000 / $2,500 / $2,500 / $3,000 / $3,000.
- Profit split
- 100%, no split.
- Scaling / contract limits
- $0-$1,499 profit: 2 contracts, $1,000 DLL (Level 1). $1,500-$2,999: 3 contracts, $1,000 DLL (Level 2). $3,000-$5,999: 4 contracts, $2,000 DLL (Level 3). $6,000+ (one official page instead prints this boundary as '$5,999 & Up' -- a one-dollar inconsistency between Apex's own two articles, noted not resolved): 4 contracts, $3,000 DLL (Level 4, max tier). Same table for both tracks; mini/micro ratio at PA scale is unknown.
- Other funded rules
- Same 20-PA cap and no-resets-on-new-system-PA rules as 25K.
100K (Apex 4.0, new/current system)One-time. Intraday-Trail eval: $399.00 list / $39.90 with coupon (1-pack); $1,750.00 list / $175.00 ($35.00 each) 5-pack. EOD-Trail eval: $990.00 list / $99.00 with coupon (1-pack); $4,450.00 list / $445.00 ($89.00 each) 5-pack. 'No Activation Fee' EOD variant (single-pack only, no 5-pack offered at this size): $1,590.00 list / $159.00 with coupon -- this is the one size/track where I directly captured both Standard and No-Activation-Fee pricing side by side.+
Evaluation phase
- Profit target
- $6,000
- Max drawdown
- $3,000 (both tracks)
- Drawdown type
- Same mechanism as smaller tiers.
- Daily loss limit
- None on Intraday-Trail. $1,500 fixed on EOD-Trail.
- Consistency rule
- None
- Minimum trading days

- Other pass rules
- Same 30-day/no-reset/Passed-at-close/matched-PA rules.
Funded phase
- Account type
- Simulated funded Performance Account.
- Activation / monthly fee
- Not published as a dollar figure on the official activation-process page for the Standard track (verified absent on-page); third-party (medium confidence) cites $99 EOD / $79 Intraday. Confirmed officially: choosing the No-Activation-Fee eval ($1,590/$159 above) makes PA activation $0.
- Drawdown
- $3,000, carried over
- Drawdown type
- Locks at Starting Balance + $100 = $100,100 once highest balance reaches Starting Balance + Max Drawdown + $100 = $103,100 (following the same official formula demonstrated for 50K).
- Daily loss limit
- None on Intraday-track PA; scales with profit on EOD-track PA per table below.
- Consistency / payout rule
- Same 50% rule.
- Payout schedule
- 5 qualifying days, EOD-track min daily profit $300 / Intraday-track min daily profit $250. Min payout $500. Min balance to request = $103,600. Max 6 payouts; EOD-track cap table: $2,000 / $2,500 / $2,500 / $3,000 / $4,000 / $4,000. Intraday-track cap table: $2,000 / $2,500 / $3,000 / $3,000 / $4,000 / $4,000.

- Other funded rules
- Same 20-PA cap and no-reset rules.
150K (Apex 4.0, new/current system)One-time. Intraday-Trail eval: $599.00 list / $59.90 with coupon (1-pack); $2,450.00 list / $245.00 ($49.00 each) 5-pack. EOD-Trail eval: $1,890.00 list / $189.00 with coupon (1-pack); $8,950.00 list / $895.00 ($179.00 each) 5-pack. 'No Activation Fee' variant exists; exact price not captured for this size -- unknown. This is the largest size currently sold new (Apex 4.0 removed the old 250K/300K new-purchase tiers; those sizes now exist only under the Legacy re-release, see separate entries below).+

- Drawdown
- $4,000, carried over
- Drawdown type
- Locks at Starting Balance + $100 = $150,100 once highest balance reaches $154,100 (Starting Balance + Max Drawdown + $100), per the same official formula.
- Daily loss limit

- Same 20-PA cap and no-reset rules.
Legacy 25K (limited-time re-release, currently on sale at apextraderfunding.com/legacy-products -- a DIFFERENT, older ruleset from the Apex 4.0 tiers above; site itself contains a contradiction I did not resolve: a Legacy-Products-Overview FAQ page states Legacy evals have NOT been purchasable since March 1, 2026, while the live /legacy-products page actively sells this exact tier today as a 'limited-time' promotion)$167.00/month list / $16.70/month with SAVENOW coupon -- RECURRING monthly subscription (not one-time), identical price on all 3 platforms (Tradovate, Wealthcharts, Rithmic).+
Evaluation phase
- Profit target
- $1,500
- Max drawdown
- Trailing Threshold shown as $1,500 (Legacy pricing cards show one 'Trailing Threshold' figure rather than a separate labeled Max-Drawdown line)
- Drawdown type
- Legacy trailing drawdown -- its exact mechanics (real-time vs EOD, lock behavior) live on separate 'Legacy Trailing Drawdown' help pages I did not open this session -- unknown/not independently verified.
- Daily loss limit
- 'None' (shown directly on the pricing card as 'Daily Drawdown: None')
- Consistency rule
- Unknown for the eval phase this session -- a search result surfaced a distinct 'Legacy 30% Consistency Rule (Windfall)' article title, suggesting Legacy DOES carry some consistency mechanic unlike the new system, but I did not open and verify it.
- Minimum trading days
- unknown -- not verified this session
- Max contracts
- 4 mini / 40 micro
- Other pass rules
- Card also lists 'Scaling: None.' Legacy evals ARE reset-eligible (unlike new-system evals) per the Legacy Products Overview FAQ. Billed as an ongoing subscription until the trader cancels it (legacy accounts on this recurring billing continue even if the promo period ends, per the FAQ). Includes Tradovate license + NinjaTrader platform ($75 value) + real-time data ($55 value) bundled in, on the Tradovate variant specifically.
Funded phase
- Account type
- Simulated funded Performance Account (Legacy program) -- not verified whether Legacy PAs differ from new PAs in kind beyond rules; presumed sim-funded like the new system.
- Activation / monthly fee
- $125.00 one-time PA fee -- this figure IS explicitly published on the official Legacy pricing card (unlike the new-system fee, which is not published).
- Drawdown
- unknown -- full Legacy PA ruleset lives on a separate 'Legacy Performance Accounts' help page not opened this session
- Drawdown type
- unknown -- not verified this session
- Daily loss limit
- unknown -- not verified this session
- Consistency / payout rule
- unknown -- not verified this session (see the 'Legacy 30% Consistency Rule' note above)
- Payout schedule
- unknown -- a separate 'Legacy PA Payout Parameters' page exists (surfaced in search) but was not opened this session; third-party summaries (medium confidence, not independently verified) describe a Legacy Safety Net that only applies for a trader's first three payouts, unlike the lifetime Safety Net on the new system -- flagged as unconfirmed.
- Profit split
- unknown for Legacy specifically -- not verified this session (do not assume it matches the new system's 100%; third-party sources describe legacy accounts as historically using a 90/10-after-$25K structure, but this is unconfirmed for the current Legacy re-release)
- Scaling / contract limits
- unknown -- not verified this session
- Other funded rules
- Counts toward the same firm-wide 20-PA cap as new-system PAs, per the Legacy Products Overview FAQ. I capped this research pass at two Legacy-specific fetches per my own review process, so this tier's funded/PA-side detail is materially thinner than the new-system tiers above -- treat as incomplete, not as 'no rules apply.'

Corrections from our verification pass
Checked claim: universal_rules.PROFIT SPLIT states: '100%, no split, on sim-funded PA payouts; the commonly-quoted 90/10 split applies only to the separate, invitation-only real-money "Apex Live" program (not purchasable; a trader is selected into it and simultaneously loses all sim Eval/PA access).'
Correction: Incomplete/incorrect as a blanket statement. The 100%-no-split rule is confirmed but applies only to the new-system (EOD Trail / Intraday Trail, Apex 4.0) PAs launched after March 1, 2026 — the homepage itself footnotes '100% Requested Rewards – No split in Sim Funded' with '** Applicable to new products only,' and the Intraday PA Payouts page states 'Approved payouts are issued at a 100% payout split.' However, Legacy PAs (which the ruleset's own platform field says are 'back' for purchase via a 'limited-time re-release' and which the ruleset counts toward the 20-PA household cap) run a DIFFERENT, still sim-funded split: the official 'Legacy PA Payout Parameters' page states verbatim, 'Traders are entitled to 100% of the first $25,000 per account they are paid out, and 90% of the profit after that.' So a 90/10-style split does exist inside the purchasable sim-funded PA program (on Legacy accounts specifically) — it is not confined to the separate, non-purchasable, invitation-only Apex Live program as the ruleset asserts. The ruleset should scope the 100%-no-split claim to new-system PAs only and note the Legacy-PA 90/10-after-$25K split as a second, distinct exception.
