Universal conduct rules: HEDGING: Prohibited on all account types (Evaluation, Sim-Funded, Live). Cannot hold opposing (long+short) positions in the same instrument or in two products from the same "Product Group" (e.g. ES and NQ are both "Equity Index" - shown as a hedge), whether in one account or spread across multiple of the trader's own accounts. Mini/micro versions of a product are the same Product Group. Long Equity Index + Long Volatility (FVS) is also treated as offsetting. Violation = all involved accounts set to violation status, forfeiture of profits from the violation period, possible permanent ban. || BOTS/ALGO TRADING: Allowed if trader proves sole ownership (may require a live video of enabling the code), no sharing/using the same bot across other prop firms, and it is NOT a high-frequency-trading (HFT) bot - HFT bots are explicitly prohibited and actively monitored/detected. || COPY TRADING: Explicitly PERMITTED via each platform's own tool (Tradovate Group Trading, WealthCharts Trade Copier, Tradesea copy trading), subject to each platform's setup rules. || MICROSCALPING RULE (funded accounts only, not evaluation): to request any payout, over 50% of trades AND over 50% of profit must come from trades held longer than 10 seconds; failing this blocks the payout request but does not fail the account. || MAX ACCOUNTS: Max 5 total Simulated/Sim-Funded accounts open at once, in any combination of Growth/Select/Lightning. Growth allows max 5 new funded activations per rolling 24h (UTC). Select allows max 15 evaluation purchases per rolling 30 days, each resettable up to 10x per 30 days (Select 300K is excluded from this cap, limited to 3/user, no resets). || MAX IDLE TIME: Must place at least 1 trade per week (Mon-Fri) per account or risk being marked inactive (trader is warned before any action is taken). || GOOD FAITH POLICY: Prohibited from exploiting platform glitches/price-display errors/technical delays. || RESTRICTED COUNTRIES: 58 countries fully banned by residency (not physical location), including Russia, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Israel, Turkey, Ukraine, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Belarus, Venezuela, Sudan, Yemen, and others (full list on the firm's help center). Applies to country of legal residence, not where the trader is currently traveling. || LIVE PROGRAM (Tradeify Elite): High performers can be invited to a live, real-capital account after a qualifying number of approved sim payouts (homepage cites 3 approved payouts to qualify, with performance rewards described as "up to $18,000 per account"); Tradeify's own disclosed stats (Aug 2025-Jul 2026) show only 3.0% of funded participants get called up to Live. || DRAWDOWN MECHANIC (applies to every tier/type): End-of-Day trailing drawdown only RECALCULATES at each session close (never moves down, only up with new EOD highs) but is ENFORCED CONTINUOUSLY intraday against net liquidation value - touching the floor at any moment is an immediate, unrecoverable hard-breach fail even if the trader closes green that day. On funded/Sim-Funded accounts (not evaluations) the drawdown floor LOCKS permanently once EOD balance clears starting balance + drawdown + $100, or immediately upon the first payout request, whichever comes first.
News & overnight: OVERNIGHT HOLDING: Prohibited across ALL account types including Live. All positions must be closed by 4:45pm ET Mon-Fri (12:59pm ET on exchange-holiday shortened days), ahead of the 5-6pm ET daily maintenance break. No swing trading across sessions. Any position still open at the close is auto-liquidated by Tradeify; this does NOT fail the account, but the trader bears any slippage/unfavorable-fill risk. A "trading day" runs 6:00pm ET to 5:00pm ET the next session. || NEWS TRADING: Explicitly allowed with no restrictions or blackout windows at any account tier ("Tier 1 news trading" cited for Select). Trader bears full risk of slippage during news volatility; Tradeify explicitly warns never to rely on the Daily Loss Limit as a stop-loss since it is a soft/end-of-period check, not a real-time hard stop and can be exceeded by fast-moving news.
